Description |
This is a classic, and unbearably rare, too. Apparently, someone has written "Mann Penn DeYoung" on a small yellow "post it" note. It may not be an actual "Post-It" brand note, but the quality and feel are sure there. The note (notes, actually - there are extra ones STILL unused on the pad) are approximately 3" x 3" so will easily fit into normal lifesaving kits. It's actually a lot more radiant in person. The writing is in black ink pen, and is done in all cap's, so I'm assuming the DeYoung would have a small "e" and a small "oung" too. The yellow is nice and would really spruce up a desk or parapet. I found this here recently while chasing an animal, and it seems that they (the notepads)are not common, but really desirable by collectors. However, I don't claim to be a expert on these Mann/Penn/DeYoung items, but I certainly appreciate why people love them. If you're looking for one of these, this is probably the best one to have, but how should I know/control what quality of item will surface on eBay, that's crazy. Don't get me wrong, and don't get me started on my whole "intrinsic value" rap...

If you're the seller or the high bidder - now what?
Details for the seller and high bidder(s):
The seller should contact the winning bidder(s) with information on the total cost, including shipping, and where to send payment. The winning bidder(s) must pay the seller directly for the item(s), and it is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order when payment terms are met. The binding contract of the auction is between the winning bidder and the seller.
If the seller is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within 3 business days of the end of the auction, he/she may lose the place as winning bidder, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder warning, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from eBay.
